Been A Long Time

Wow it has been a long time since I last updated this page. I haven't become a millionaire yet but with the country going through such a bad time at the moment just keeping your head above water and surviving is a feat in itself. Well I have been very busy churning out web sites as I attempt to make my fortune. Between that my hobbies and love for big boys toys tech and gadgets has got worse so I really need to make as much as I can to feed that habit lol

I did try to post something here a while back but I forgot my password (like you do) and I was too lazy to sort it out so today with a few spare minutes available I decided to sort it out and tell the world that this site isn't dead and from now on it is onwards and upwards, stay tuned.

Home Shopping

Set up and run a home shopping service.
If you don`t mind shopping for other people, here`s a simple business idea that can benefit those who are housebound through disability. Good organisational skills are required to keep track of each client and their list of requirements. To make it worthwhile, you`ll need a few customers and you need to be able to handle more than one shopping list at a time. Having a small van or estate car will make things easier. Build up a weekly round of about ten clients or more and set a minimum handling charge of at least £5

A few More

Start and run a personal home help service.
Busy people, elderly and disabled people often require help in their home to do the cleaning, washing, cooking, ironing and general household chores, which they either don`t have time to do themselves, or can`t because of their incapacity. Advertise your services in the local press.

Become a personal keep fit trainer.
This is a service that seems to becoming more and more popular. It`s not just for the rich and famous. A lot of people are much more health conscious these days and are prepared to pay for the privilege of getting expert help in the privacy of their own homes. If you have good communication skills qualifications and have suitable experience in working in health clubs, you will be particularly suited to this kind of work. A lot of your appointments will come through recommendations, but also advertise in your local newpaper.

Longer But Worth The Effort?

Set up your own practice as a health consultant.
Courses in reflexology, osteopathy, iridology, homeopathy etc. can be found on the internet. Once training has been completed and suitable qualifications have been achieved, you could set up on your own, or gain experience first with an established practice.

Take a course in hypnotherapy.
If successful, set up a personal service helping people overcome there bad habits and phobias. In many cases, hypnosis has helped rid people of their bad habits, such as smoking or biting their fingernails. It`s also been useful in overcoming personal fears, such as fear of spiders, fear of open spaces and fear of heights etc. Being able to help people with these problems can be a very satisfying and lucrative profession. If this sounds like something you would like to do, check the internet for courses available.

Yet More

Yet More Ideas
Set up a business that specialises in organising weddings. All the services required for peoples` weddings, including the church service, the wedding car, photographer, reception room, mobile disco and catering would all be arranged by you, taking the pressure off the bride and grooms` parents. Good organisational skills, are of course, essential. Advertise your services in the Yellow Pages, local newspapers and bridal shops.

Start a homebuyers information service.
One of the problems with moving house is that you can never be sure what your neighbours are going to be like. They could be noisy or have mischevious children terrorising the neighbourhood . There may be other numerous drawbacks too. Unacceptable periods of busy traffic, smells emanating from nearby farms or industrial complexes, things that never come to light until you move in. Some individuals are making a good living from offering a service which provides a detailed report of these types of problems. They make a regular survey of the area at different times throughout a specified period. The information and service they provide can often make a big difference in the homebuyers final decision as to whether to buy or not. This is a business that is simple to start and run, but the hours can be unsociable.

More Ideas

More Ideas
Start your own home visit service. An experienced hairdresser can make a good part-time income from this type of work but assuming your not qualified to start chopping into someones flowing locks then consider offering a cleaning service, laundery or even ironing service. Disabled people and older people especially can benefit. Advertise in the local paper and shop windows until your business builds up through recommendations. Being able to drive is an advantage, but not essential.

Become a childrens’ entertainer.
If you have the talent and imagination to make children laugh, this could be the job for you. Whether it`s dressing up in a clown`s outfit, juggling, or doing magic tricks, a childrens` entertainer can make a good part-time income from doing parties and special events. Perfect your act and advertise in your local edition of Yellow Pages. You might also consider getting an agent if you can`t find the work yourself.

Start a childminding service.
With suitable qualifications, you could do this on your own. However, there`s more potential in building a business which enables you to farm out the work to others, while taking a percentage of the hire fee. To get started you will need to interview candidates who should have previous experience of this type of work. Compile a list of suitably qualified people who you can call on at short notice. Start by advertising your service locally until you build up enough work through recommendations.

More Jobs For Kids

Car Washing
Car washing is a needed service in many communities, get together with a few friends and armed with a sponge, shampoo and a car leather walk around your local area, when you see a dirty car knock on the owners front door and ask politely if they wouldl ike you to wash it for them. Do a good job and you could have a regular customer in weeks to come.

Dog Walking
Do you know any local residents with dogs, offer to walk them but remember to take a doggie poop bag with you in case they mess.

Pet Sitting
If a neighbor is taking a trip or holiday, then taking care of their house and/or pets may be an opportunity. This may include watering plants, and any other chores they may need. It could be somthing as simple as feeding the rabbit or goldfish.

Gardening
A little like the car washing, take a walk around and see if anyone needs their grass cutting or maybe they could do with some weeding, digging or bush trimming. In the winter time you could always offer to clear the snow and ice from a path or driveway.

Ways For Kids To Make Money

Baby Sitting
Not a hard one, you sit in someone elses home, watch their television, eat their food and listen out for the young ones. If they wake then comfort them that mum and dad will be home shortly. Do ensure that you have the parents contact phone number in case of an emergency. You could also advertise our service as a 'Parents Helper, very handy if your not of legal age to become a baby sitter. You simply assist with someone elses kids, it could be a hand in feeding them, playing with them and keeping tehm occupied or simple chores around the house.

House Cleaning
Offer to clean your parents, uncles, aunties or grand parents homes for them, there is always a need for an adult to receive a hand in vacuuming, dusting and washing-up.

Lemonade Stand
Everyone is familiar with the old fashioned lemonade stand. Of course, this is a seasonal business, depending on your location. During other times of the year, it could be a warm apple cider business -- but be careful of hot items. Also try selling coffee, donuts, snack bags, or other food items. If possible, set up a booth at a local community fair, or sale if allowed. If you live near to an event venue, lets say Twickenham for example, you could also set one up in your front garden for passers by.

Blog Ads

I have been looking into blog ads as a source on icome, until I have read a little more about them I cannot comment too much. It would seem that they operate much in the same way that Google adsense does, more to follow...

Make Money On Phone Calls

Make Money On Cold Callers
The following was kindly supplied by a cheap phone sex company called Naughty Lips: Search the Internet for a telephone forwarding number which you can earn commission on, most likely to be 0870 or 0871, they are usually free to sign-up with and you earn commission on all calls made to this number.

You then nominate a landline number for this 087 number to be forwarded to when dialled. Have it forwarded to your own landline number, in other words your home phone. Give your new 087 number to everyone, banks, credit card companies and anyone else that ever asks you for your contact number (apart from your close friends and family unless your really tight)..

Now when your receive a 'marketing call' at home in the evening you simply have to say 'hang on, I will go and get them (or the owner) for you, they are just in the bathroom (or outside in the garage)'... Place the receiver on the side and leave them hanging on, chances are that they will hang on for 2-3 minutes....

You have now earned some commission from their invasion of your privacy that you can allow to build up over a 12 month period and the satisfaction of knowing you got one up on them is a great feeling.

More Savings

I managed to make quite a substantial saving today by switching my ISP and phone line to Talk Talk. For a fee of £9.00 a month they are offering free telephone calls, still an £11.00 a month BT line rental charge but FREE broadband for life... This was through the Carphone Warehouse... I was paying NTL £25.00 a month, BT £11 for line rental and Sky around £6.00 for calls (free after 6.00pm) so in total £21.01 a month saving or £252.12 a year.

Selling Clothing

I was contacted today by a group of girls who said that the easiest way to make some extra money on the Internet was to sell dirty used clothing, unwashed worn panties in fact... Performing a quick search and with a little research behind this bizarre idea, I found plenty of web sites selling used panties.

One site called Saucy Panties offers a choice from a varied selection of girls together with some free erotic sex stories for you to enjoy whilst doing whatever it is you wish to do with dirty laundry. I thought it an idea to mention this a source of possible extra income for any female readers that may be following this... As for myself if you would like a pair of my sweaty boxer shorts just call me !!

Been Busy

Sorry for the recent lack of updates, I have had a hell of a couple of months. My father required a triple hear bypass, he contacted the MRSA bug and a new business venture of mine needed some attention or risk going bust...

My father is well on the way to a full recovery, my business venture that I shall right about shortly has pulled through so hopefully this will be a new chapter in my life. For some reason you are not going to be able to read this until a couple of days after writing it, I need to save it as a draft until my blog has been reviewed. Something about blogger's spam which I am going to read about as soon as I have clicked the 'Save as Draft' button !!

Free $200 Dollars

I am quite excited today as I was told about an idea which seemed too simple to be true. However, it was as simple as it first looked and it was true. As you read this you will probably be as pessimistic as I was but please continue reading as it does work. There are lots of online casino’s all very much the same as one another all offering free bonus amounts when you sign-up. But there is one with a big difference, that being 888 casino, let me explain.
888 Casino allow you to place up to $200 into your account (that is around £120.00) and they will match that initial deposit with like for like free when you do so through an affiliate link. So opening an account with $200 will gain you a bonus $200 totalling $400 in your account and here is the catch in your favour. As soon as you have deposited your money, they match it within seconds and you can then withdraw the entire amount which you put in.
So in the space of 5 minutes, you can open an account, deposit $200, get a free $200, withdraw your deposit so your bank doesn’t even notice that the money came out and still be left with $200 to play with. You can open an account with $50 if you like and they will add $50 within seconds but remember you can only do it once so it makes sense to go the whole $200.Now what do you do with your $200 that is sitting there which you got for nothing, their rules state that to withdraw this you have to have placed a certain amount of bets, I did this yesterday evening placing $100 on red and $100 on black, each time I am gambling the entire $200 and winning $200 back (evens chance). I did this on 4 consecutive turns which enabled me to withdraw a further $100 so I shall continue today betting $50 on each colour hoping that green zero does not come in. If it does I have my starting $200 back and a bonus $100 so my bank balance today is £56 more than it was yesterday.

Week Three - First Job

I received two calls today, one to move a sofa and the other to move a washing machine. Both will be able to offer help loading them on and off the van, I am going to be doing one after the other later on today. Fuel costs won't even touch £5.00 so a healthy £35.00 profit for about an hour and a half work...

Week Three - Update

I have managed to get some very cheap business cards made up from Vista Print. They are advertising a local man and van service for single items moved at a cost of £20.00 locally. I have a few in shop windows and in the local self storage places.

Large department stores in the are are charging £35.00 to deliver a fridge freezer or washing machine, obviously I will need help so I shall request at the time of the call for someone to help me or it will be an extra £5.00. The extra £5.00 will enable me to pay my father to pop along and lend a hand.

Week Three - Boost Required

I have decided that I need to boost my income, we are only on week three and I am hitting a low earlier than I expected. Not a low with savings but a low in myself wondering if I will reach my dream. I keep telling myself its a marathon not a sprint but I feel like I have been in first gear the first two weeks so its time to take a look at what I am good at and capitalise. I do own a small van so this can be put to work, some of the ideas I am considering:

1) Start a garden maintenance service and try and build up a regular round of customers whose gardens need to be kept in good order. This will involve weed control, pruning, hedge trimming, lawn mowing and edging.

2) Small removals is a service that is always in demand. Particularly in the larger towns and cities. A man with a van collecting and delivering items such as fridges, cookers and 3 piece suites for people might find this a good little money earner.

3) Offer a gutter cleaning service. Gutter cleaning is a dirty job, but someone has to do it. If you don`t mind heights and getting your hands and clothes dirty, this could be a good way to make extra cash.

4) Start a pet food delivery service. Pet food deliveries can be useful to many individuals, particularly old and disabled people who find difficulty in getting out and about. Obtaining a stock of popular foods at competitive prices will also be an advantage and something I shall have to look into.

** Quick Tip **

Superman is heading back to the big screen, it is going to be nothing short of a box office hit so keep an eye out for Superman collectables. Get hold of them asap, hold them until a couple of weeks after the first screening in the UK and see your investment double. Props and memorabilia connected with the old films are thin on the ground, adding to their rarity.
